The Charts Below were developed using Sales from April 2005 through April 2006. Assessments in NH are set at 100% of market value.
This chart shows that there have been significant market value increases since the last revaluation five years ago. The ratios compare the current level of assessment (Prior to Revaluation) to sales activity during each time period. As sale prices increase the level of current assessment will decrease.

The chart below illustrates how the median selling price of a single family home has increased over the last several years in Manchester.
